Ticket/Booking
Staff
We
have a pool of qualified, experienced Ticket Office staff. They use systems
such as Tribute, Star, Fujitsu, Aptis, Share and many more. As systems are
constantly being upgraded by clients we also have a partership with a training
school thus enabling us to update the staff skills and knowledge on the systems.
Barrier/Gateline
Staff
We
have 4 major long term contracts at mainline train stations throughout the
UK. Our staff are qualified in checking tickets and working in close partnership
with Revenue Protection staff. We provide all staff with full uniform and
ongoing training. We have an in-house trainer who provides our staff with
ticket recognition courses, conflict management and on the job training. Spot
checks are common within these contracts by our Operations Manager.
Platform Staff
We
have many contracts at mainline stations of platform staff working and serving
passengers in a face to face customer service environment. Our staff are trained
in giving out acurate train times, information and general assistance.
Train
Despatch Staff
We
have safety critical train despatch staff. Our staff are both qualified and
experienced in Train Despatch. Our clients generally test and pass out staff
at individual stations in accordance with safety critical rules and standards.
