We have very strict procedures with our contract/temporary staff to ensure that expectations and standards regarding their code of conduct, reliability, presentation, attitude and behavior when undertaking an assignment are strictly adhered to. Through our vast experience we have developed the philosophy of paying our workers slightly higher than the going rate for their field of work.
By doing this we have to reduce our own profit margin. This method almost always produces longevity of the contract and loyal reliable workers who are not looking to ‘jump ship’ at every given opportunity. This also benefits you the client, as we do not lose our staff to ‘poachers’ in the market place and ensures that we continue to provide highly trained and experienced staff to you day after day.
To date our staff turnover is at almost at 0%, a rarity in the world of contract work. This actually allows us to provide you with staff at a lower rate than other agencies, as we do not have the high costs of advertising for and training of staff associated with high staff turnover. Therefore you the client can benefit from quality staff without having to pay over the odds.
As well as paying them well, we treat all our contactors equally and fairly and do not see them as just a number in the system as some of the larger agencies do. All this makes for happy staff, happy to concentrate on the job at hand and give 100% to the assignment.
